전체적으로 첼로의 깊은 음색을 잘 살려 장중하고 무게감 있는 연주를 들려준다.

첼로의 숨결까지 느끼려는 듯이 절제된 보잉속에서 첼로와 대화를 하며 첼로와 하나가 된다. 특히 안단테 칸타빌레에서 비스펠베이가 들려주는 첼로 소리는 아름답기 그지없다.
